This book is my breakup letter—a journey to reclaiming my confidence, my peace, and my power. Because the truth is, we all deserve to show up as our full selves—boldly, unapologetically, and without the weight of anxiety holding us back.

If you’ve been caught in this same exhausting cycle, it’s time to gather the tools to break free. Let’s end the affair and step into a life where we can breathe, create, and thrive—without fear as our plus one.
